You Are Calm Ginger Vanilla Detox 14oz Bath Soak

Ginger essential oil is steam distilled from the sun dried rhizomes. It is stimulating and warming. It can enhance concentration and it can soothe and reduce feelings of stress, sadness, anxiety, lethargy, agitation, dizziness, and fatigue. Vanilla essential oil is created when the immature pods are picked and then placed on trays and left to ferment. When the pods (or beans) turn brown, they become very fragrant. The best quality beans accumulate white Vanillin crystals on their shells exterior. Vanilla is calming.

Run a warm bath and add in half a cup of Meaningful Mantras epsom salts. Soak for 20-30 minutes, allowing the blend of essential oils and USP medical grade magnesium sulfate to work their magic. Voila!
